Take Good Care Of Yourself

The following are several ideas that will help you care for yourself.

  When we renew our lives, we are better equipped to handle stress and fear.

  If you are afraid, uptight, tense, or short-tempered, maybe you need a touch of renewal for yourself.

Reach out, risk, and try several of these activities for a fresh approach to life.


  • Get a professional massage, sauna, and stem bath.
  • Have your hair and nails done.  
  • Get a pedicure.
  • Exercise regularly by walking, jogging, doing aerobics, etc.
  • Read a book on nutrition and begin to change your eating habits.
  • Take a stress-management class.
  • Take a quiet bubble bath by candlelight.
  • Take a stroll on the beach, by the lake, or along a mountain trail.
