When King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream, and no one could interpret it, it was Daniel who GOD used to give the King the interpretation.

The king was happy and told Daniel that his GOD was the GOD of gods, and LORD of lords, the interpreter of dreams.

 The king made Daniel the ruler over all the Province of Babylon and the governors' chief over all the wise men of Babylon.
