He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

Proverbs 13:20

King James Version (KJV)

This particular scripture text seems to mean that we should watch out who we hang with, because one day we might start trying to act just like them.  So to be proactive, we should walk with wise people and one day we will probably be wise people, too.

Good habits and good character are worth catching when you hang around these wise people.  We usually will pick up what we see, and hear most of the time from other people, so we really need to be careful who we hang around.

On purpose, hang around good people and also wise people.  The more you know, the further you will go.  Therefore, when you hang around wise people, you should be able to make wiser decisions and go much further in life based on the wiser decisions and habits you are making.

Take destiny into your hands now, and start hanging around wise people.  Who are these wise people?  These wise people are anybody who is smarter and wiser than you.  In other words, wise people are people who know much more than you do.

You will profit in more than one way, when associating with these wise people.  Not only will you  pick up good behavior routines, and  good moral and ethical strength, but you will also acquire a better way of doing things in life, to accomplish your goals, desires and dreams.
