 3.   Why was it so easy for the singers to come together and give praises at the dedication of the wall?

The Levites were accustomed to living lives of thankfulness.  From the days of  David, the Levites sung songs of praises and thanksgiving.  Many of them wrote songs of praises that they sang during temple worship.

Many of the singers  had built villages for themselves  around Jerusalem.  They wanted to be near the Temple, where they knew the praises of GOD were constantly being given.
