GOD Uses Some Animals To Minister And To Help HIS People -- Lesson 3 -- Third Week

 

 

 (3.)   Name at least two animals that GOD used and why?

                                Donkey

GOD had sent an angel who stood in the way.  The donkey saw the angel with a sword in his hand, so he turned away and left the road and went into the field.

GOD opened Balaam's eyes and he was able to see the angel standing in the way with his sword drawn.

GOD allowed a donkey to talk to the prophet to stop him from doing wrong. 

                                Whale

A great fish kept Jonah in his belly for three days and three nights.  While Jonah was in the belly of this whale, he prayed, and GOD heard him and spoke to the whale. 

The whale vomited out Jonah upon dry land, where Jonah was able to go to Nineveh and minister to the people, so they could be saved.

GOD allowed the whale (the great fish) to swallow up Jonah and stop him from doing wrong.

This enable Jonah to be able to minister to the people of Nineveh, after the whale vomited Jonah out of his belly.  

GOD used the whale to vomit Jonah in a place where he was able to go to Nineveh in one day.
