FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 1.  What shipping carriers are used for product shipments?
             UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight
2.  Do you ship to P.O. Box, APO and FPO addresses?
             No
3.  Can I change my order after it is placed?

              Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way!

4.  Will your company allow for orders to be placed outside of the U.S.A.?

            Sidra's Sales Company reserves the right to restrict shipments to within the

             Continental U.S.A., Alaska, and Hawaii.   All orders must be placed with a

             residential physical address.

5.  What forms of payment can I use?

           Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

 Sidra's Sales Company, and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address.

Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. 

Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.

ORDER PLACEMENT

 Sidra Sales Company,  is not responsible for loss, or damages as a result of misplaced, mis-ordered or other typographical errors that occur during order placement.

The customer  has sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the order, including actual item, pricing, shipping, and/or handling, prior to order submission. 

Order placement means (single, batch or API) does not change customer's responsibility and subsequent financial responsibility.

Policy For Returns

  Return Shipment Policies for 

Sidra Sales Company

All Returns require the serial number off the item for processing.

•  Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials 
•  All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.

• The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.

• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.

• Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

• If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.

• Sidra's Sales Company must be contacted when a tracking number is showing as info received. They then have to issue a tracer with the shipping carrier and wait up to 8 business days for a response before credit can be issued or a new item can be shipped. This is not a Doba policy, but this is a supplier policy we do have to enforce.

• Sidra's Sales Company will not accept discontinued products back. You must re-sell or contact the manufacturer.
