Isaiah 5:18-19 King James Version (KJV)

18 Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:
19 That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

Prayer

"LORD JESUS, YOU know what I need today, even better than I do.  YOU know the longings of my soul, and my deepest desire.  Only YOU can fill that need because YOU know best.

Thank YOU for promising to fill me with everything I truly need.  I rest in YOU, and what YOU will soon provide.  In JESUS'S name, Amen."

Will You Be There .......

************************************************************************

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Whom have I in heaven but thee?
and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.

The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech,
and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.

Bible Verses About Faith

Bible verses related to Faith from the King James Version (KJV) by Relevance

- And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. - So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. - But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.Mark 11:22-24 - And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.   - Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. - For with God nothing shall be impossible.Ephesians 2:8-9 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:   Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.   Hebrews 11:1 - 13:25 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.   - That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:

How To Get To Heaven

How to get to heaven - Believe the truth!

The truth is that there is only one way for any human being to get to heaven and that is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.Every human being is, by nature, a sinful being.

The Bible says that our efforts at doing “good deeds” are not acceptable in the sight of God (Ephesians 2:8-9).

God alone is holy. God alone is good. So, God has made a way for sinful human beings to enter into His heaven.God is the only perfect Being in the entire universe, and He came to earth 2,000 years ago, as a man -- Jesus.

His mother was a virgin by the name of Mary. But, Mary was not impregnated by a man, but by the Holy Spirit of the Living God. She gave birth to the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.God’s laws required that a life be taken to save a life.

Mankind was so sinful that the animal sacrifices of the Jewish people could no longer cleanse them of their sins. So, God sacrificed Himself, through the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, so that our sins could be forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ.

During His time on earth, Jesus led a perfect, sinless life.Jesus Christ died on a cross. He was buried in a tomb for three days and, on the third day, He was raised from the dead.

After forty days, He returned to heaven, where He currently reigns. He will return to earth a second time to claim those who have confessed their belief in Him.

Let's talk about tigers

The tiger (Panthera tigris) is the largest species among the Felidae and classified in the genus Panthera.

It is an apex predator, primarily preying on ungulates such as deer and wild boar

It is territorial and generally a solitary but social predator, requiring large contiguous areas of habitat, which support its requirements for prey and rearing of its offspring.

Tiger cubs stay with their mother for about two years, before they become independent and leave their mother's home range to establish their own.

GOD is Not Dead.........

Mark 12:25-30 King James Version (KJV)

25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

26 And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?

 *************************************
27 He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.
 ************************************

And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

This Easter, don't fprget what JESUS did for you.

John 3:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

What is Easter?

Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion. Easter is the fulfilled prophecy of the Messiah who would be persecuted, die for our sins, and rise on the third day. (Isaiah 53). Remembering the resurrection of Jesus is a way to renew daily hope that we have victory over sin. According to the New Testament, Easter is three days after the death of Jesus on the cross.
